5 – 10 Days Refund Policy

Discontinue the product or services, within 5 – 10 working days from the date of placement of order, under the 5 – 10 days money back policy and get a refund.

Customized product or services which includes personalized gardening kit, garden supplies or other kits prepared in line with specific instructions from Customer is not eligible for 5 – 10 days Refund policy.

You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products within the 5 – 10 Day Money Back policy.

Product should be accompanied with Original/Copy of Invoice for all exchange within the 5 – 10 Day Money Back period.

The refund amount will be 100% of actual amount paid minus logistics charges. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

In case of a refund on a 5 – 10 working days money back policy, payment of the refund amount shall be done by way of an online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 10 days of receipt of product. If the mode of payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the previous transaction.
